Inductive force sensor

Inductive force sensor

that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to convert the measured force value into a change in self-inductance or mutual inductance. It can usually be divided into self-inductance type, differential transformer type and piezomagnetic type. Self-inductance force sensors convert force values into changes in coil self-inductance, and can be divided into three types: changing air gap thickness, changing air gap cross-sectional area and movable iron core.
