Leak sensor

A sensor used to detect leaks of gas, liquid, etc. This type of sensor can be divided into two categories: direct detection and indirect detection. The former uses the physical and chemical properties of liquids or gases for detection , such as semiconductor gas sensors and contact combustion gas sensors. The latter uses indirect leak detection through flow difference, pressure difference, etc., and uses differential pressure gauges, flow meters, etc. for detection. Leakage sensors are also a type of leakage sensor.
